With the expansion of adding STIHL and Hustler Outdoor Power Equipment we want to now offer our same reputable services to the customers like yourself who depend on these products everyday. With the combination of STIHL and Hustler’s product reliability and our customer service we will continue to exceed our customers’ expectations. Including the expansion of our parts department to provide parts for many other brands other than just STIHL and Hustler. And we also offer shipping to fit your busy schedule. Our Policies
All credit card purchases and gift certificate purchased are processed after we have called and confirmed your order. Don't worry we will call you to verify all purchases and billing addresses.
All equipment purchased is non-returnable for cash or credit refunds. We will exchange equipment, that has not been used, for the same or greater value of any other product in our store.
Any purchases over $3000.00 will charged an extra 2% to cover credit charges.
Gift Certificates are redeemable in store only.
No we will not nor will any other STIHL dealer, ship any equipment to you. All orders must be picked up in the store. We will be sure you recieve all manuals, saftey manuals, and tools as well as instruction of how to properly start and use every piece of equipment picked up at our store.
